75 minutes:75 minutes is a great choice for needing a touch more time than 60 minutes but not as long as 90 minutes. As with all my services, this is built to suit your needs. $125

90 minutes:   90 minutes is the perfect choice to work on the entire body along with a focused area. If you are looking for the ultimate massage experience, I highly recommend this service.  $145

Craniosacral Therapy (10-step protocol) 45-60 min: 

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on technique that aims to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, relieve pain, and enhance overall health. It involves light touches on the skull, face, spine, and pelvis to release tension in the tissues surrounding the brain and spinal cord. CST is used to treat various conditions such as headaches, neck pain, and side effects of cancer treatment.  $75

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, 60-75 minutes:

Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. This is excellent for detox, before and after surgery, as well as during cancer treatment and very helpful for autoimmune disorders.  In order to drain the entire body, I need an hour and fifteen minutes to compete this technique.
